::IN THE PAST::
I would often follow others by suppressing my own thoughts and beliefs about what I knew to hold truth. I blindly stated the following: Fake it until you make it.... well here’s what.... when I would say that it would absolutely diminish and discredit all of the hard work, energy and heart I put into the goal I was working towards. There is NOTHING fake about that for me, nor should it be fake for anyone else. To have a negative / positive mindset completely sends mixed messages to the universe and if the intention is to be fake until you make it then we are telling the universe exactly that. We are authentically and divinely given our gifts - if you fail along the way, which lord knows I have (and at times not so gracefully) then that my dear friend is part of the plan. Embrace it, don’t see it as not part of the success label of “making it”. Guess what? You measure your own success.
You are creating your story and the only moment it can be “changed” is RIGHT THIS SECOND - you have the choice within to transmute your story. When you continue to bring up the past memories and relive the pain you then continue to align yourself with that low vibration. If the lesson has been mastered do you need to ask the universe to bring it back to you? That in which no longer serves you has the potential to keep you stagnant.
Therefore, your innate capability of ALCHEMY becomes diluted… do I have your attention yet?
Own who you are! Live a life you have always dreamed of!

Sacred universal law states that you only get to keep what you are giving away. Can I ask you what you are giving away? Is it time, patience, love, compassion, helping people, being kind to animals, an open mind and heart? What are you giving away that you are okay with keeping? What should you withdraw before it is deposited within your spirit? And what are you willing to have more of? Your experience is based on what you are willing to create. What is it that you are creating?
My goal is to show you how to believe in yourself and how to tune into your own divine guidance. If you are asking yourself if you are an “intuitive”… Yes, the answer is YES! We ALL are capable of this and have natural intuition… it is your birthright.

The universe will continually place you in situations to test you. Either you are ready or you are not. Be kind to yourself during the interim. You will need to master the specific lesson that keeps “showing up” before you can proceed. Understand it is a gift placed in front of you, bringing you closer to your purpose. Have faith and compassion for yourself and others. We are a reflection of each other. If something does not serve you then let it go and walk away. Send love. Be love. Speak love. Show love. Breath love. Recognize love. Give love.

Here are 10 of my favorite things to do to raise my vibration:
1. Meditate
2. Gratitude. Gratitude. Gratitude. (Did I mention Gratitude????)
3. Help someone in need
4. Take a break from electronics
5. Spend time in nature
6. Stretch, walk or dance
7. Detox the body (my favorite is celery juice in the a.m. and lemon water throughout the day)
8. Breathwork
9. Write it out
10. Pamper yourself!
